Step 1
Before starting, preheat a large pot over medium.Wash and dry produce.Core, then cut pepper into 1/4-inch pieces.Mince or grate garlic.Juice half the lemon (whole lemon for 4 servings). Cut any remaining lemon into wedges.

To the pot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then turkey. Cook for 3-4 min, breaking up turkey into smaller pieces, until no pink remains.** Season with salt and pepper.Add garlic, peppers and Italian Herb Spice Blend. Cook for 2 min, stirring often, until peppers are tender-crisp.
Step 3
Add orzo. Cook for 1 min, stirring often.Add tomato sauce base, broth concentrate, pesto, cream and 2 cups (4 cups) water. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10-12 min, stirring often, until most of the liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender.
Step 4
When orzo is done, remove from heat.To the pot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) butter, half the Parmesan, lemon juice and spinach. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
Step 5
Divide turkey-orzo mixture between bowls.Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over top.Squeeze a lemon wedge over top.
