Paleo Ranch Dressing &amp; Dip

mayonnaise (homemade

coconut milk (shake

parsley

dill

garlic powder

onion powder

chives (optional)

sea salt (plus more to taste)

black pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Store in a covered container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Thanks for this delicious recipe. I made it with homemade mayo which is surprisingly easy! I also took out the garlic and onion powder to make it low fodmap friendly. I just replaced the garlic powder with some garlic infused olive oil (1/2 tsp). I also didn't have any dried chives so replaced them with a tsp of fresh. This was a great addition to the buffalo chicken stuffed sweet potatoes. This dinner will make into the regular rotation. So easy too!!!!

Absolutely Delicious! I didn't have coconut so I used almond milk instead.  I'm on 8th day of whole 30, and loving it!!!

This is better than bottled ranch. I switched it up after I made the regular ranch the next batch I used Primal Kitchen chipotle mayo for a spicy ranch.  It is delicious!!

Wow, this is really tasty and I'm not usually a ranch fan (bottled variety anyways!).  I love coconut however was not sure how it would work for the dressing...not to worry as the coconut flavor was not detectable with all of the wonderful spices used.  Our 8 year old daughter loves it and it is helpful to get her to eat more veggies.  I'm definitely doubling the recipe next time.  Thanks so much for sharing:)

This dressing is EVERYTHING!!! SO easy to make and makes me want to eat ALL THE VEGGIES!! My kids love it too! I always bring a veggie platter to parties with this dressing and everyone is like "WHAT IS THAT??" Thank you!!!

This is our go-to everyday ranch dressing for the whole family and I even prepare it for our wedge salad on Thanksgiving Day. For this year's holiday dinner I want to make a more traditional (non-paleo) version and sub 2 Tbsp buttermilk for the coconut milk. (I can taste the coconut - no one else can.) Do you have any experience with this or any predictions or insight as to whether this might be a good substitute?

I made this yesterday for the first time and it turned out excellent! Thanks for the tip on blending the coconut milk because mine had separated in the fridge. I made homemade mayo and then mixed everything else in right away and it was delicious. Glad I doubled the recipe.
