Step 1

Place almonds into mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients and blend 45 sec/speed 1 -7 , increasing speed gradually from speed 1 to speed 7, until mixture comes together.

Step 3

Using your hands, roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls (approx. 20 in total). Transfer into a sealable container and place into refrigerator until firm (approx. 1 hour), then serve as desired.
