Pecan Bourbon Cocktail

Step 1

Pecan Simple SyrupBring water to a boil.Stir in brown sugar and Fisher® Chef's Naturals Pecans.Turn down to the lowest setting.Simmer for 25 minutes.Let cool then fine strain out the pecans.

Step 2

Cocktail Combine bourbon, syrup and bitters in a rocks glass over ice.Garnish with toasted Fisher® Chef's Naturals Pecans
