Add water, pecans to a high-speed blender. Soak your pecans for 2 hours in water or overnight if you are using a regular blender. No need to soak if you are using a high-speed blender

Process until its smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Strain the pecan milk using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
Step 4
Reserve the pulp for adding to your smoothies, baked goods, or compost.
Step 5
Add vanilla, maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener and stir.
Step 6
Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days or in the freezer for longer.
Step 7
Shake pecan milk before serving because it will separate.
