Step 1
Remove the pits from your dates. If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5-10 minutes. If you have soft gooey dates, soaking is not necessary.
Step 2
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Step 3
Pulse several times, scraping down the sides as needed, until a sticky dough forms. You should be able to roll the dough into a ball without it falling apart. *
Step 4
Form the dough into 1 – 1.5 in balls.
Step 5
For best results, put the energy balls into the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Store in an air-tight container or bag in the freezer or the fridge.
