Step 1
Grind the dried porcini mushrooms in a food processor for 3 minutes, or until finely ground. Pour the ground mushrooms through a fine sieve into a bowl.

Side Note: Save the bigger mushroom pieces in the sieve for soups, broths, and stews.
Step 3
Using a funnel, carefully pour the mushroom mixture into a spice jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in a cool dry place. Enjoy.
