Step 1
Prepare crab chips: Peel the imitation crab sticks into long strips. Dry the crab with a paper towel before air frying. Place the crab in a bowl and evenly coat in oil, old bay, and furikake.
Step 2
Frying crab chips: Spray the tray of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Place the crab strips evenly in a single layer, cooking in multiple batches if necessary. Don't use the floating rack when air frying since the chips will cook unevenly. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for ten minutes or until chips are crispy. Cool before serving and enjoy.
