Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Cook your hot dogs however you prefer. We like ours grilled outside, or on a grill pan if we are staying indoors.
Step 2
While your hot dogs are cooking, slice 8 cherry tomatoes in half, and cut 16 circles from the cucumber. Make the circles 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch thick.
Step 3
Poke a toothpick through each cucumber circle and cap it off with a tomato half.
Step 4
Cut a wedge out of the remaining 4 cherry tomatoes and insert a chunk of cucumber to look like the driver's face in a helmet.
Step 5
Place cooked hot dogs into their buns, and poke 4 wheels into each one. Squeeze a stripe of ketchup and mustard onto each hot dog, and top with a tomato cucumber head.
