Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Brush four 310ml (1 1/4-cups) capacity ramekins or ovenproof dishes with melted butter to lightly grease.
Step 2
Heat the unsalted butter in a large frying pan over high heat until foaming. Add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add the cinnamon and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Sprinkle one-third of the breadcrumbs over the bases of the prepared ramekins or dishes. Top with half the raspberries and half the chocolate. Continue layering with half of the remaining breadcrumbs, and the remaining raspberries and chocolate. Sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until chocolate melts. Serve immediately with ice-cream or cream, if desired.
