Step 1
Line a baking tray (30 x 40 cm) with baking paper and set aside.
Step 2
Place flour and active Mother sourdough starter into mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 6. Place mixture on prepared baking tray and spread out evenly. Set aside in a warm place (approx. 12 hours), until completely dry. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
Step 3
Place dried starter into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10. Pour mixture into a sealable jar or bottle and place in the fridge (see Tips). Reactivate starter when needed (see Tips).
