Step 2
Mark the scallops on the facing edge of the wrong side of the fabric. It is best to start at the center.
Step 3
Place your fabric and the scallop facing right sides together. Using a short stitch length, stitch the scallops, pivoting at the top of each one.
Step 4
Trim the fabric away from the edges of the scallop and snip into the curves and the pivot point.
Step 5
Turn to the right side and press.
