Step 1

Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for 20 minutes. Prep the kielbasa and broccoli while the potatoes begin cooking. Place the broccoli in a bowl and drizzle with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and stir. Add the kielbasa and the broccoli. Roast an additional 15-20 minutes, until everything is crisp and nicely browned.
