Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C or 375°F, and lightly grease + line a medium sized slice tray.
Step 2
Add dried apple to a dry mixer bowl. Chop for 3-4 sec/speed 6/MC on or until finely chopped.
Step 3
Add oats to the apples and chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and combine for 15 sec/speed 3/MC on.
Step 5
Press mixture into prepared tin and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting.
