Step 1
To a skillet over medium heat on the stove add the ground beef and onion break the ground beef up and cook through. Once cooked remove any excess grease in the pan. Place in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Cut the russet potatoes into bite sized pieces. Place into the slow cooker.
Step 3
To the slow cooker add in the cream of mushroom, seasonings, and drained corn stir to combine the ingredients. Cook on low for 5 hours.
Step 4
Once the cooking time is up stir in the cheese and let it melt. Serve and enjoy!
