Step 1

Preheat your grill to 200°F.

Step 2

Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, Tajin, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 3

Place the chicken on the smoker and let it cook for around 45minutes, or until your chicken breast reaches 165°F internal temperature. How long it'll take depends on the thickness of your chicken breasts.

Step 4

Remove from the grill and let cool for a while before cutting into cubes.

Step 5

Warm up your rice and black beans and put into the bottom of four bowls. Top with the cubed chicken and all the other ingredients.

Step 6
