Step 1
First, prepare your Smokey tofu. Slice it into cubes, or rip it into irregular shapes and place it in a large bowl. Add your olive oil, lemon juice, caper brine, and seasonings and toss well to combine.
Step 2
Air fry at 400f for 15 minutes or bake at 425 for 25-30 until crispy.
Step 3
While the tofu bakes, prepare your coleslaw. Shred your cabbage, then add it to a bowl with some lime juice, maple syrup, and some salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Assemble your tacos with some Smokey tofu, sweet and tangy coleslaw, and toppings of choice. I like to add vegan sriracha mayo and avocado, but see additional topping choices above!
