Remove steakfrom sous vide. Pat dry.
Step 4
Put butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until it just begins to brown. Sear steak quickly. Alternately, finish the steak on a very hot grill.
Step 5
Separate meat from the bone, slice, and serve.
