Soak in a covered pot the soy chunks in boiling water with a little sea salt, cumin, paprika and black pepper for about 30 minutes, strain and squeeze a little.

Step 3

In a hot pan, fry the mushrooms and zucchini in the olive oil, add the soy chunks and mix.

Step 4

Add the rest of the ingredients (the amount of lentil is for cooked lentil), bring everything to a boil, and cook over medium heat with the lid closed for about 15 minutes (stirring occasionally gently).

Step 5

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve and eat hot!
