Mix together the shredded chicken, chipotle pepper with adobo sauce, and mayonnaise in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for one minute. Mix the chicken mixture again. If it is not heated through, heat it on high for 20-30 more seconds. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken chipotle mixture into each taco shell. Top as desired with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and green onions. Serve the creamy chipotle chicken tacos immediately.
