Step 1
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray and spread out apples on the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with brown sugar mixture, then with oats.
Step 3
Whisk together eggs, water, milk, and cream. Pour over oats. Cover the slow cooker.
Step 4
Cook on Low until oats are soft, 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
