Step 1
Dice mango salsa ingredients; mango, cucumber, sweet peppers, red onions, cilantro and set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and heat up a pan to medium-high heat.
Step 3
Season salmon with barbecue rub, add a bit of olive oil to hot pan and sear for about 3 minutes on each side. Finish cooking salmon in the oven for another 9 minutes.
Step 4
Mix all dressing ingredients; Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, chives, garlic, olive oil, agave nectar. Add a tablespoon of the sauce to the diced veggies and set the rest of the sauce aside.
Step 5
Remove Salmon from oven, serve warm topped with the spicy salsa. Drizzle more dressing over the salsa as desired.
