Strawberry banana smoothie pops make an easy summertime frozen treat.

Strawberry Lime Smoothie Pops

Almond Breeze Vanilla almondmilk

strawberries

vanilla Greek yogurt

honey or maple syrup

banana

½ lime, juiced

Blend all ingredients, then pour into ice pop molds.


Freeze for at least 2 hours (or overnight).


These were good, yet pretty mild in flavor. They were more "icy" than creamy in consistency, so I may add some cream for a portion of the almond milk next time.  I substituted agave syrup for the honey. Also, the mixture filled 8 of the popsicle molds I bought at Walmart, with a little left over.

I made this for my 3 yr old son. He loved them.

If I were to add a little rum to this, would it work ( as liquor doesn't freeze very well) if so any suggestions on how much?

Delicious as a smoothie or a popsicle!  I used slightly less honey and a whole key lime to make it a little more refreshing.

My 3 year old was very excited when I showed him this recipe and photo and told him I was making them for him!   AND he loves them.  They are really good and I can feel good about him having an "ice cream treat."

The recipe makes more than 6 servings. I froze the remainder in a rectangle shaped storage container. very tasty and easy recipe.

Real easy and slurpy good... we had some real ripe mangoes and used then up too.

I didn’t have almond milk but I did have Silk coconut milk. I was very pleased how it all turned out, very tasty and I know my family is going to love them.

I drank what didn't go in the molds, and it was very tasty! I had to tinker bc I didn't have exactly everything--added a teaspoon of vanilla (could possibly have done more) bc I had plain almond milk AND plain yogurt. Added a TB of lime juice bc my limes, it turned out, were all dried out.

Made six popsicles and maybe 4 ozs of "smoothie."
