Step 1
In medium sized container (with a lid) or two jars, place 1 tbsp of the sweetener, strawberries and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, coconut water, 2 tbsp sweetener, 1 tsp vanilla, and yoghurt of choice. Mix well then spoon over the strawberries.
Step 3
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
Step 4
