Step 1

For the vessel of your overnight oats, pick a mason jar or tupperware container with a lid. To the vessel add the milk, flaxseeds, vanilla extract, oats and sweetener. Give a stir to combine. If you are using Protein powder, add it in now and stir again.

Step 2

You can either add in the strawberries now, close the lid and refrigerate. Alternately, refrigerate without strawberries and add on the strawberries when it’s time for breakfast! If you would like, you can also add in a slash of milk to loosen up the oats and add on your favorite toppings. Enjoy!!
