Step 1

In a blender or food processor add the strawberries, vanilla, sweetener and coconut oil and puree.

Step 2

Stir through the yoghurt (don’t blend it as it can thin it out too much).

Step 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto the tray. Freeze immediately.

Step 4

Airtight in a container in the freezer.
