Carefully slice each hot dog down the middle, creating a long incision but not slicing through to the other side. Place cheese and jalapeños within the slice, then wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon. Secure each end of the bacon with a toothpick. Arrange the hot dogs in the tray of an air fryer,* leaving an inch of space between each hot dog. Cook at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
