Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease 2-quart shallow baking dish with butter.

Add sliced peaches to large bowl.Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.Add to peaches.

Add lemon juice and stir well to coat peach slices.Pour into prepared baking dish.

Spoon dollops of mixture over fruit. (The mixture will spread out while baking.)Sprinkle the dollops with coarse sparkling sugar.
Step 7
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly all the way to the center and the sugar cookie topping is golden brown and set in the center. If the edges get too dark, you can cover loosely with foil.
