Step 1
Spray a large waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and turn it on to preheat. Set aside.

Add the flour and baking powder to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the 1 ½ cups coffee creamer, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter to the mixing bowl and whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the batter is smooth.

Add the sprinkles to the batter and stir gently until just combined.

Pour ½ cup of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook the waffle for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Step 6
Add the powdered sugar and three tablespoons of coffee creamer to a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
Step 7
Drizzle the icing over the waffles and top with whipped cream and more sprinkles if desired.
