Put the almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a blender. Start blending, then add the glucommanan, and blend for twenty seconds,

Pour mixture into an electric ice cream maker and follow the manufacturers directions. Mine takes thirty minutes to turn into ice cream.

Step 3

**This recipe is best right out of the ice cream maker. However, if you've got some left over, it freezes very hard! We scoop some out and give it a quick whiz in the blender with 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk or cream to get the creamy consistency again.
