While your wings are cooking, take a small saucepan and add soy sauce, sugar and sake, and cook over medium heat. Add in the grated garlic and ginger. Bring to a boil and add black vinegar.
Step 3
Once your wings and sauce are ready, pour the sauce into a mixing bowl and add your wings, tossing them in the sauce.
Step 4
Remove wings from the sauce and plate, garnishing with sansho pepper and sesame seeds.
