Step 1

Preheat an air fryer to 400°F

Step 2

In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the Brussels sprouts and toss to combine

Step 3

Place in the air fryer and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired crispness

Step 4

Transfer to a serving bowl, season with salt and pepper and set aside

Step 5

Add the marinated chicken breast(s) and cook until just cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes

Step 6

Cut the meat into desired size and place on the Brussels sprouts

Step 7

Scatter the avocado, cucumbers, dates, onions and/or scallions and cheese over the top and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil to taste

Step 8
