Clean well and wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces.

Put the sugar, strawberries and lemon juice in the jug, cook with the basket resting in place of the measuring cup: 30 min. 100° anticlockwise speed. 1.
Step 3
Continue cooking: 20 min. Varoma Anticlockwise speed. 1.
Step 4
Check the cooking state by making the saucer test and, if necessary, continue for a few minutes at the Varoma temperature.
Step 5
Pot in sterilized jars and pasteurize (how to do, read here) for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Keep them away from light and moisture.
Step 7
Once the jars are opened, they should be stored in the fridge... Enjoy your meal!
