Mix together almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, almond flour, chia seeds, flaxseed, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Mix in vanilla extract, nondairy milk, raisins if using, and salt. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, and stir until thick. Add more nondairy milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. Serve with fresh fruit and coconut sugar or date syrup if you'd like. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to two days.
