rub each pork rib with yellow mustard.
Step 2
rub each pork rib with bbq seasoning.
Step 3
add country-style ribs to pre-heated smoker (250 degrees)
Step 4
remove country-style ribs once they register 155 degrees
Step 5
add ribs to braising pan and add 3/4 can of beer
Step 6
add a pad of butter to each country-style rib
Step 7
place country ribs back to the smoker (covered) and turn to 300 degrees
Step 8
remove from smoker after 1 hour
Step 9
place ribs back on smoker and coat with bbq sauce
Step 10
remove country-style ribs from smoker after 20-30 minutes
