Step 1

Peel the carrot.

Step 2

Using a food processor, add the carrot, pickles and onion. Chop the ingredients until they are small. If you don't have a food processor, chop the ingredients by hand using a knife and cutting board. This shouldn't take up too much time.

Step 3

Drain the tuna.

Step 4

In a bowl mix the tuna, carrot, pickles, onion, mayonnaise, and several pinches of black pepper. Mix very well.

Step 5

Spread this filling onto a slice of bread and close it with another slice.

Step 6

Repeat the steps to put the other sandwich together.
