10 minute meal

This mango salad is zingy, refreshing and super tasty! Mango, avocado and lettuce are piled high, then drizzled with a zingy lime ginger dressing. It's easy, bursting with flavour and ready in minutes!

Mango Salad with Lime Ginger Dressing

olive oil

maple syrup

tsp grated fresh ginger (peeled)

of ½ a lime

Salt and pepper

lettuce leaves

mango (flesh

avocado (flesh sliced)

mint

tbsp black sesame seeds

lime

Whisk the oil, syrup, ginger, lime and salt and pepper together.

Put handfuls of the lettuce onto plates, then add chunks of mango and slices of avocado. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with mint, sesame seeds and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Best enjoyed immediately. If making ahead, don’t drizzle with the dressing until ready to eat.

chocolate protein powder

applesauce

tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

peanut butter

peanut butter (I use Target brand organic peanut butter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, cocoa powder, applesauce, protein powder and powdered peanut butter until creamy and smooth. 

Divide into 4 ramekins and microwave 1 to 1:30 minutes, or until brownie is set. 

Top each with a teaspoon of peanut butter and any additional toppings.

Whip these saucy chilli oil noodles up in under 10 minutes. It&#39;s spicy, delicious and super quick to make- the easiest udon dish ever!

Chilli Oil Udon Stir Fry

red peppers, sliced into strips ((£0.09))

onion, thinly sliced ((£0.09))

pak choi, thinly sliced ((£0.90))

garlic cloves, minced ((£0.69/3)=(£0.23))

spring onions, thinly sliced to garnish ((£0.40))

800 g udon noodles ((£2.00))

tbsp sweet soy sauce

soy sauce

tbsp chilli oil

tsp chilli flakes

tbsp rapeseed oil

Add the red peppers, onion and pak choi into a deep frying pan/sauce pan on a high heat with the rapeseed oil. Fry for around 5 minutes and season with salt and chilli flakes.

Meanwhile, add the noodles to salted boiling water for around 3 minutes. Drain and add to a large bowl, tossing the noodles with the chilli oil and minced garlic.

Once the veggies have softened but still have a bit of crunch, stir the noodles into the pan and reduce the heat. Add the sweet soy sauce and soy sauce and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the noodles and garnish with spring onion and additional chilli flakes if you like it extra hot!

Lightly spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with the biscuits - don’t stack!

Set the air fryer to 350 degrees F and air fry the biscuits for 6 minutes. Flip and rotate the biscuits, and cook for 3-4 minutes more, or until the biscutis are cooked through on the inside and golden brown on the outside. Serve immediately.

To get middle cooked I left in closed air fryer five minutes after they were done.super good.

Perfect. I may never do can biscuits in the oven again. 
I used Trader Joe's Butter Flavor and couldn't differentiate the tops from the bottoms. 
The only thing that could have made them better would have been my homemade whole wheat.

Gambas Pil Pil - Garlic and Chilli Prawns

King Prawns (Raw peeled)

90 ml Olive Oil

Garlic

Chilli Pepper

Paprika

Salt and Black Pepper

Parsley

Prawns

Add the prawns and cook on one side for 2 minutes

Infuse

Add garlic, chilli and paprika stir in to the oil

Flip

Serving

Transfer to a warm tapas or serving dish, with the garlic and chilli oil.

In Morocco we have a similar but different recipe, it's called pil-pil shrimp tagine, I hope you'll try it :)

So juicy and flavorful. I also love the colors in this recipe it’s as if the eyes eat first with this one! So good, an unforgettable dish!

Just look how juicy and tender those prawns are! It is awesome and looks delicious, i want to devour the whole bowl, it is done great!

I tend to up the ingredients a little for our taste, but we can’t get enough of this pil pil! Fantastic! We also use the Spanish larger
Prawns (langoustines) as we live here in axarquia. I must say it
even beats most tapas bars too! Even our Spanish guest are 
impressed.

Grandson of 13 years loves this recipe which he had for the first time in Portugal earlier in the year. 2023.  He's developing his pallet towards the really flavoursome Portuguese menus. Great stuff.. Thank you for this great recipe. Will be cooking it with him next time he comes.

Just come back from Spain and had this dish on a daily basis. We are going to try your recipe tomorrow along with Patatas Bravas, Padron Peppers and Cream Cheese stuffed Pepper Dew peppers, not forgetting marinated anchovies. We will let you know if we enjoyed it as much as when we were in Spain

Enjoy this healthy salmon salad loaded with omega-3s for lunch. You can use leftover salmon or poach it in the microwave 2 minutes!

Salmon Salad Recipe

salmon fillet

celery

red onion

lemon (juice of)

mayonnaise

salt

black pepper (to taste)

Cook the salmon in the microwave, covered about 2 minutes until cooked through, or use leftover cooked salmon.

Flake with a fork and let it cool.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well, refrigerate up to 4 days.

Serve over toast, in lettuce cups, on a salad, etc.

Absolutely love this. Salmon is one of my favorite fish so this is perfect. I'm not quite following the serving size though because it says that 0.5 pounds yields 3 servings. But if one serving is 1.5 cups that doesn't quite add up. Has anyone else noticed that?

I was skeptical about making this. But it was really great 😃. I used can salmon and it came out fine. With freash it would be fantastic. A very enjoyable light summer 🌞 meal. 👍

Really easy and tasty. Substituted red onion for spring onion. Tasted delicious. Great way to use up leftover salmon. Like all of the variation ideas. A good lunch dish too.

I was hesitant to microwave salmon, but this recipe was delicious. I served it over a slice of toast with a side of steamed broccoli. It was plenty for 3 people. I am planning on serving this as a chilled dip with crackers and maybe veggies!

Easy to make and uses ingredients you have on hand.  I used this with left over salmon to add some moisture.  I still have some so will add some garlic powder and capers to it for more flavor.

I tried this recipe with Greek yogurt instead of mayo, it was amazing, my daughter tried it &amp; wanted more. Easy to make.

I love salmon and I love easy and this was both! Dr. just put me on a low carb diet and I am 2 week into ketosis and this is great!!! Love the ease and flavor. I will be making this a lot! I put it on a bed of spinach the first time but will be trying with other salad mixes.

If you can use fresh fish, you should!! So much more delicious than using canned fish. I topped it on toast with some capers.
