ทำน้ำซอส.
คนน้ำมะขามเปียกที่เตรียมไว้ให้เข้ากันอย่างดี&nbsp; แล้วกรองออกใส่กระทะ
ผสมน้ำปลา น้ำและน้ำตาลปึก แล้วตั้งไฟอ่อนๆจนเดือดปุดๆ&nbsp; คนให้เข้ากันอย่างดีแล้วปิดไฟ




ลงมือผัด  .
ผสมกระเทียม หัวหอม กุ้งแห้ง และตั้งฉ่าย เข้าด้วยกันในถ้วยเล็กๆ ใช้กระทะใบบัว หรือกระทะแบนๆ ตั้งไฟกลาง ใส่น้ำมัน แล้วทอดเต้าหู้จนเหลือง แล้วช้อนออกด้วยตะหลิวที่มีรู แล้วทอดกุ้งจนสุก - ประมาณ 2 – 3 นาที ใส่กระเทียมกับส่วนผสมลงผัดจนหอม ประมาณ 1 – 2 นาที แล้วจึงใส่เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวและน้ำซอสที่เตรียมไว้ เร่งไฟจนสุด โทสจนกระทั่งเส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวดูดน้ำซอสหมด ดันเส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวไปอยู่ด้านหนึ่งของกระทะแล้วต่อยไข่ลงไปในกระทะด้านที่ว่างอยู่ ตักเส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวมาวางบนไข่ ใส่ถั่วลิสง พริกป่น ถั่วงอก กุยช่าย กุ้ง และ เต้าหู้&nbsp; โทสไปเรื่อยๆจนไข่สุกและเข้ากันดี - &nbsp;ประมาณ 1 นาที ปิดเตา&nbsp;

Save yourself some time by using store-bought, frozen squash for this recipe.  It&#039;s one of those one-pot, all ingredients in at the same time, type of recipes.  30 Minute Butternut Squash Soup is creamy, full of flavour, and a perfect warm and cozy family meal!

30 Minute Butternut Squash Soup

butternut squash ((two 750 gram bags))

white onion, (finely chopped)

garlic, (finely minced)

vegetable stock

black pepper

oregano

thyme

salt

Dump all of the ingredients into a large soup pot, or Dutch oven.

Stir to combine.

Turn on the heat to medium-high and bring the soup to a boil, stirring occasionally. The soup should come to a boil in about five minutes.

Reduce the heat to simmer, place a lid on pot, and allow the soup to cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the onions, garlic, and butternut squash should be tender and cooked all the way through, use a hand-held immersion blender to puree the soup. Or, transfer the soup to a counter-top blender and puree. Be careful for splatters! This soup is hot!

Taste soup and season with salt if needed.  Serve immediately.

1. Prepara una olla con abundante agua y sal. La proporción es de 25 gr de sal por litro de agua. Llévala a ebullición. Añade la hoja de laurel.&nbsp;

2. Introduce las gambas y escáldalas. Retíralas justo cuando empiecen a flotar y para la cocción de golpe poniendo las gambas en un recipiente con agua y hielo.&nbsp;

3. Una vez frías, pélalas, dejando la cabeza y resérvalas para el montaje.

1. Mezcla en un bol o batidora la mayonesa con el kétchup.Incorpora el resto de los ingredientes hasta conseguir una salsa uniforme.&nbsp;

2. Reserva en la nevera hasta el momento del emplatado.&nbsp;&nbsp;

1. Prepara las copas o recipientes donde vayas a servir tu cóctel.Crea una base con las lechugas bastante generosa en el fondo de las copas.&nbsp;

2. Incorpora los dados de mango, los dados de aguacate y las huevas de salmón.&nbsp;

3. Añade por encima las gambas cocidas y dos buenas cucharadas de salsa rosa.
