This 4-ingredient guacamole recipe is so easy to make and is super flavorful. Made with minimal ingredients, and ready in under 10 minutes. This recipe is great on it’s own, or you can add your favorite ingredients to it. It’s a healthy snack, easy appetizer, or perfect topping for other dishes.

Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole

avocados

garlic salt

cilantro (chopped)

lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit carefully.

Using a blunt knife, score the inside of the avocado (cut both lines vertically and horizontally in order to create smaller cubes of avocados, making it easier to mash).

Scoop out the flesh of the avocado with a spoon, making sure to avoid the little seed at the top of the avocado.

Place avocado flesh in a bowl and add all ingredients.

Gently mash the ingredients with a fork (or potato masher) and mash to preferred chunkiness (I prefer to leave it on the chunkier side, but you can go as far as to puree it).

Serve immediately and garnish with fresh limes or cilantro. (I like to serve in a molcajete).

Splenda® Granulated Sweetener

vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, add peanut butter, Splenda sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.

Portion mixture into 1 tablespoon balls and place on an ungreased sheet pan. Press lightly with the tines of a fork to create a crosshatch pattern and flatten each cookie slightly.

Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool on sheet pan at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Vegan Matcha Hot Chocolate

480 mL (2 cups) non-dairy milk

g (1 tbsp) matcha powder

80 g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate ((chopped or chips))

g (1 tbsp) cacao powder

To a pan over medium heat add non-dairy milk and matcha powder. Stir until smooth.

Add dark chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Add cacao powder and whisk in.

Once warmed, remove from heat and serve with vegan marshmallows.⁠

These 4-ingredient almond butter cookies are not only easy to make, but are also nutritious and taste so good! A great snack to have in your fridge or a healthier dessert to enjoy after meals. 

4-Ingredient Almond Butter Cookies

jumbo oats (use gluten-free oats if necessary)

almond butter

maple syrup

salt

tbsp coconut oil* (optional)

Dark chocolate** (optional)

Dry toast the oats in a pan over a low/medium heat for 10 minutes. Leave to cool completely.

Mix the almond butter and maple syrup in a bowl, then add in the oats. Mix to combine, then shape into cookies.

* Depending on how runny your almond butter is, you may need to add 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil so that the batter isn&#39;t too dry.

** You have the option of dipping the base in dark chocolate or drizzling a little on top for extra yumminess.

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

If you&#39;re looking for an easy crunchy snack that&#39;s also good for you, try these 4-ingredient sunflower seed chocolate bites. All you need is sunflower seeds, maple syrup, salt and dark chocolate!

4-Ingredient Sunflower Seed Chocolate Bites

Dark chocolate

Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.

Add the sunflower seeds to a bowl along with a pinch of salt and the maple syrup. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press some of the mixture in a small round cookie cutter, then remove slowly to shape into flat discs*.

Alternatively you can spoon some of the mixture straight onto the lined baking sheet to make clusters instead.

Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on how big/small you make them), or until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely to firm up (they may break apart if you attempt to move them whilst still warm).

Once cooled, dip the bottom of the sunflower seed bites into melted dark chocolate. Or you can drizzle some chocolate on top instead.

I did sprouted sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.  They’re delicious! Perfect for seed cycling.

I just tried it, and it worked great.  I did use a cake pop pan as I thought that the rounded would be easier to remove.  I did spray the pan with a light dusting of cooking spray.

Soooo delicious!! I made one half with sunflower seeds. And one half with leafy almonds.....incredible!! Amazing recipe, thanks! I just made small bites (using silicone petit fours moulds). Once cooled, I used the same moulds to melt the chocolate (in the still warm oven, for a couple of minutes) and put the bites back into the moulds to coat them evenly in chocolate. Don't unmold until the chocolate has set in the fridge for a little time.

How can cookies made with just four ingredients taste as good as these? There has to be a catch, right? Not when peanut butter and chocolate are involved!

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg, stirring until well combined.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.

Remove cookie sheets from oven and let cookies sit for about 5 minutes. While they&#39;re still warm, press a Hershey&#39;s Kiss into the center of each cookie.

Move the cookies to a rack to cool completely, then enjoy or store in an airtight container.
