can Veg-all original mixed vegetables

can cheddar cheese soup (Campbell's)

can Hormel NO BEAN chili

can original Rotel tomatoes

corn

can Ranch Style Beans

can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano

cornbread or garlic bread

Add all contents of the cans to your slow cooker. Do not drain, do not add water.

Stir.

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours.

Stir before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.

black beans ((drained & rinsed))

pinto beans ((drained & rinsed))

petite diced tomatoes ((undrained))

sweet corn ((drained))

(12.5 oz) chicken breast ((drained & flaked))

(10 oz) green enchilada sauce

(14 oz) low-sodium chicken broth

taco seasoning

cumin

chili powder

garlic powder

Combine all ingredients into a large soup pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocado!

Velveeta cheese (cubed (optional))

Salt and pepper (to taste)

sour cream

cilantro

Open cans and pour into a large pot. Do not drain cans.

Bring ingredients to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add in cubed Velveeta cheese and stir until melted, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve by itself or with sour cream and cilantro.
