Easy Air Fryer Brownies

prepare your 7-inch baking pan by generously greasing with butter on the bottom and all sides. Set aside.

Preheat your Air Fryer by setting the temperature to 330 degrees Fahrenheit and allowing it to run for about 5 minutes while you prepare your brownie batter.

Add your all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, butter, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

Add it to the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top.

Place in your preheated Air Fryer and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick entered in the center comes out mostly clean.

Remove and allow to cool in the pan before removing and cutting.

Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Then mix the wet ingredients in a large measuring cup. Add the wet to the dry and mix well.

Add in the mix-in(s) of your choice and mix again.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Line a 5-inch round cake or pie pan (or a loaf pan that fits in your air fryer) with parchment paper. (Alternatively you can spray the pan with oil, but then the brownies will not be oil-free.)

Place the pan in the fryer basket or on the tray if you have an oven-style air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes. If the middle is not well set or a knife doesn&#39;t come out clean when stuck in the middle, cook for 5 minutes more and repeat as needed. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of your pan and your particular air fryer.

Let the brownies cool for about 30 minutes before cutting.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.

Add warm chocolate mixture and whisk well.

Add flour and salt and fold in with a spatula until just combined.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and place it in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the outer edges comes out with dry crumbs. The center will still be a little gooey, but the brownies will continue to cook in the middle after removing.

Line the bottom of a 6x6 square baking pan (or 6 inch round cake pan) with parchment paper, then spray the sides of the pan with non stick cooking spray. Set the pan aside.

In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. 

Pour in the wet ingredients of melted butter and water. Stir the mixture together with a fork or whisk to combine everything together. 

Add in the egg and vanilla, then mix everything together until a thick batter forms.(You can use a hand mixer, or stir together with a fork)

Once all of the ingredients are combined, pour it into the pan, evenly spreading the batter. 

Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pan in the preheated air fryer basket, then air fry at 370 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Brownies will be done with a toothpick is inserted in the center of brownies and comes out slightly clean. (you may have a few moist crumbs attached)
