Add the eggs to the fryer basket and cook according to your preference, between 13 minutes for soft-boiled eggs and 17 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Please note, time may vary between air fryers.

Preheat your air fryer at 250°F for 2-3 minutes if needed. Some models don't need preheating, you'll have to check your manual.

Place 6-8 eggs into your air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Place the basket into the air fryer.

Air Fryer Ninja Foodi Hard-Boiled Eggs

Place the air fryer basket, trivet, or rack in the cooking pot and place the eggs on top, without stacking them. Set the temperature to 250°F degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 120°C) and time to 16 or 17 minutes, then air fry (see notes).

Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F (177 °C) for 3 minutes (air fry/air crisp setting)

When the “ready” timer beeps, spritz some oil into each ramekin and rub the oil with your finger around the edges. You can use the food brush instead.

Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot water

Gently crack an egg into each ramekin

Place ramekins directly in the air fryer basket/tray.

Cook for 5-7 minutes. The timing will depend on the preferred doneness of the yolk. Please refer to the poached eggs cooking chart below.

Once cooked, remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Then, using a rubber spatula, gently pry the eggs out of the ramekins. If the eggs are stuck, you can try running a knife around the edge of the ramekins. 

Once the eggs are loose, transfer them gently to a plate, or put them on prepared toast. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and enjoy!

Quick & Easy Air Fryer Eggs! (Hard or Soft-Boiled!)

Air fry for 15 minutes for hard boiled eggs with completely cooked yolks. Alternatively, you can cook for 9 minutes for very soft with slightly runny whites, 11 minutes for jammy eggs, or 13 minutes for just slightly undercooked yolks.

Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath (a bowl of water and ice) to halt cooking. Let them sit in the ice bath for 2 + minutes.

Peel and serve!
