Chicken Alfredo Pizza

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.

Add the cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until somewhat thickened, about 5 minutes. Whisk frequently and watch it carefully.&nbsp;

Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth (it will have small lumps from the garlic). It should be quite thick.

Preheat the oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the crusts on the paper and spread each with half of the alfredo sauce.&nbsp;

Divide the chicken between the crusts and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.&nbsp;

Remove from the oven and let sit 3 minutes to firm up. Sprinkle with chopped basil just before serving.&nbsp;

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a pizza stone in center of oven to heat while preparing toppings for pizza (for at least 30 minutes).

To make alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a medium saucepan set over medium-low heat. Cook 30 seconds then add garlic and cook about 30 - 60 seconds longer just until mixture is lightly toasted and fragrant.

While whisking slowly pour in heavy cream and milk. Cook mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover to keep warm.

To assemble pizza: On a floured sheet of parchment paper flatten, stretch and shape pizza dough into a 13-inch round, while creating a thicker outer crust. For a fluffier crust let it rest 10 minutes.

Pour half of the white sauce over dough round, then use the back of a spoon to spread into an even layer coming within about 1-inch of the edge. Sprinkle shredded chicken over sauce layer, then pour remaining sauce evenly over chicken.

Sprinkle top evenly with Mozzarella cheese then sprinkle with chopped bacon. Brush outer crust with olive oil.

Transfer to pizza stone (I use this pizza peel) in preheated oven and bake about 12 - 14 minutes until crust is nicely golden. Remove from oven, sprinkle over parsley, cut with a pizza cutter into slices and serve warm.

unsweetened non-dairy milk, (I used soy)

cornstarch

yeast

vegetable broth

garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare your pizza crust and set aside.

Place the soy curls and vegetable broth in a shallow dish. Ensure the soy curls are completely submerged. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the soy curls to rehydrate.

To make the vegan Alfredo sauce, melt the vegan butter to the skillet over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and add 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk, reserving the remaining 1/4 milk to make a slurry with the cornstarch.

In a small bowl whisk together until the cornstarch and remaining soy milk until the cornstarch has dissolved. Add to the skillet, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened. Add nutritional yeast, vegan parmesan, salt, and pepper, and stir together until you have a thick and creamy sauce. Remove from heat.

Drain the excess vegetable broth from the soy curls. Toss soy curls with the nutritional yeast and spices, until the soy curls are well coated.

To assemble the pizza, spread the vegan Alfredo Sauce over the entire pizza. Top with artichoke hearts and soy curls &quot;Chicken&quot; and bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is browned. Time will vary if you are using a pre-cooked crust.

Top with fresh arugula and let cool slightly before serving.

Spinach & Artichoke Alfredo Pizza

Tablespoons cream cheese (softened)

Parmesan Romano cheese

Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

spinach (roughly chopped)

artichoke hearts, rinsed, dried and chopped

Pre-bake your pizza crust for just a few minutes. Take it out before it starts to brown.

In a saucepan on your stovetop, combine cream, butter and cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Mix in Parmesan/Romano cheese and garlic powder, continuing to stir. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Place spinach in a skillet with about a tablespoon of water and sauté to wilt the spinach. Remove the spinach and place it on a paper towel, pat all of the liquid out of the spinach.

Add the wilted spinach to the sauce.

Spread spinach alfredo mixture over your crust, and top with artichokes and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.

Let stand for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
