Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of a 9X5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the insides of the pan with cooking spray. 

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs, whisking until smooth. Add the applesauce, vanilla, and Greek yogurt and mix until well-combined

Add the flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and stir just until combined; don&#039;t over-mix the batter.

Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and spread into an even layer.

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with just moist crumbs.

Remove from oven. Run a knife gently around the side of the pan and then remove bread onto a cooling rack.

Old Fashioned rolled oats

large eggs (for vegan, use flax eggs)

neutral oil (organic vegetable, canola or grapeseed)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 or 9-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. 

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, applesauce, oil, and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined and a smooth dough forms.

Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake 55 to 65 minutes, until it feels solid and a toothpick comes out mostly clean with some clinging crumbs, or the internal temperature reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The exact timing will depend on the size of the pan.

Cool the bread in the pan for 15 minutes. Then run a knife around the edge and invert the loaf onto a cooling rack. Serve warm or at room temperature. Or if desired, allow to cool fully to room temperature (about 1 hour), then use a fork to drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing. Storage info: The bread lasts 4 to 5 days at room temperature wrapped in aluminum foil, refrigerated for 10 days, or frozen for 3 months (slice it into pieces and wrap it in plastic wrap then a freezer-safe bag or container).

Easy Applesauce Bread

all purpose flour

applesauce (lightly sweetened & smooth)

brown sugar (lightly packed)

vegetable oil (I use corn or sunflower)

eggs (room temperature)

milk (room temperature)

nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pecans

cinnamon ground

butter (softened)

Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C). Grease and flour or spray a 9 x 5 inch (22 x 12 cm) loaf pan.

In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together the applesauce, sugars, vegetable oil, eggs and milk until combined. Add the flour mixture and stir just until smooth. Fold in the chopped nuts.

Pour into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with the crumb mixture and bake for approximately 50-70 minutes. Depending on your oven start to check for doneness at 50 minutes. Let cool in loaf pan before removing. Slice and serve. Enjoy!

In a medium bowl mix together the sugar, cinnamon and flour. Add the butter and mix either with a fork or your fingers until coarse crumbs appear.
