Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette - no artificial ingredients and completely delicious

Easy Homemade Single Serving Balsamic Vinaigrette

balsamic vinegar ((1/4 cup for whole bottle))

extra virgin olive oil ((1/4 cup for whole bottle))

water ((1/4 cup for whole bottle))

Dijon

honey ((1 teaspoon for whole bottle))

salt and pepper

oregano and dried basil ((1/8 teaspoon for whole bottle))

Ingredients are given for a single serving, with measurements for a bottle in parentheses.

Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to mix.  How easy is that?!

Enjoy immediately, and refrigerate any leftovers (&lt;- take out of fridge &amp; leave a room temperature for a few minutes prior to serving.

Homemade recipe for Balsamic Glaze. Balsamic vinegar reduction with a sweetener (honey or sugar) simmered until thickens and a glaze forms, good dressing.

Tbsp brown sugar

In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.

Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer until mixture is reduced by half and starts to thicken (about 12 minutes, depending on the quality of vinegar).

Cool glaze completely before use. Keep leftovers refrigerated.

This easy balsamic vinaigrette is bold, sweet, and tangy. Use it as a salad dressing, or drizzle it over roasted veggies and more!

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, garlic, mustard, salt, and several grinds of pepper.

Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking and continue to whisk until the dressing is emulsified. Alternatively, combine everything in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine.

Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe (4 Ingredients)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and salt until fully combined.

Gradually whisk in the olive oil, adding 1 tablespoon at a time and whisking until it incorporates, until an emulsion forms.* Serve immediately. Store refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving (keeps at least 2 weeks).

This really is the best balsamic vinaigrette! Made it last night to go with the beet and goat cheese salad and everyone raved. And my family isn't that fond of salad, so that's a pretty good endorsement.
