Tbsp. Psyllium Husk

Baking Powder

Celtic Sea Salt

Eggs

Kite Hill unsweetened yogurt {or greek yogurt

Lakanto Classic Sweetener

dropper Sweetleaf Stevia

Chayote Squash, prepared according to directions.

Cinnamon

Apple Extract

Caramel Icing found HERE

This Slow Cooker Keto Gumbo is not only fast and easy to make, it&#x27;s delicious! Simply throw all the ingredients - minus the shrimp - in a slow cooker, then add the shrimp and cauliflower rice 20 minutes before serving.

Keto Gumbo (Slow Cooker, THM:S, Low Carb, Paleo, Ketogenic, Whole30)

lbs Chicken Thighs, boneless and skinless (I used the ones from my ButcherBox)

lb frozen Shrimp, deveined, no tails

Sausage,

Bell Pepper, diced

Onion, Diced

Celery Stalks, diced

T Garlic in Olive Oil

Tomato Paste

Diced Tomatoes

T Cajun Seasoning

tsp each: Cayenne, Thyme, Oregano, Pepper

tsp Xanthan Gum

Chicken Bone Broth

Slow Cooker Keto Gumbo

These soft and fluffy Keto Biscuits take less than 30 minutes from start to finish, and require no special ingredients.  Husband approved!

Keto Biscuits

+ 2 Tbsp. Almond Flour, chilled

Tbsp. Cold, Salted Butter

Cold Egg Whites

Salt

A delicious, healthy and nutritious any-time snack that can even be enjoyed as breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee.

Banting Buttermilk Rusks

almond flour

coconut

flax seeds

& 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

pumpkin seeds

buttermilk ((can substitute cream))

g butter, melted

fruits

honey ((you can use xylitol

eggs

tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix butter, buttermilk and eggs together in a bowl. In another, larger bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together.

Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and mix well.

Spoon into a very well greased dish for baking.

Bake for an hour until cooked (a skewer comes out clean).  If it looks like the honey is causing the top to burn, lower heat. (I should have baked for just over an hour on 160)

Allow the mixture to cool completely, remove from the tin and cut into smaller portions.

Change oven temperature to 100°C.

Place rusks on a rack and place back into the oven to dry out.  Leave door of the oven open slightly to allow moisture to escape.  Allow to dry out in the oven for a couple of hours.

When cool, store in a fully-sealed container.
