I apologize in advance for making you gain ten pounds just by looking at the picture. But dang these are good! My three favorite things in a bar. Snickers, oreos, and cheesecake in a bar. Are you kidding me?

Snickers Cheesecake Bars

Oreos

butter

cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

sugar

vanilla extract

fun size snickers (chopped (about 1.5 cups total))

milk chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 8x8 baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil allowing the sides to overhang for easy removal.

In a food processor, pulse the oreos into a fine crumb. In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir the crushed cookies and butter together. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.

Beat the cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla together until it has a smooth and creamy consistency.

Fold in the chopped snickers and spread over the crust. Top with chocolate chips and bake it doe 30-35 minutes or until cheesecake is set.

You have to cool completely in the refrigerator for 3 hours. The waiting is the hardest part. Once cooled, lift the foil out of the pan and cut into small squares. Enjoy!

Honey Apple Bars

all purpose flour

granulated sugar (or 1/3 cup honey (start

almonds

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

unsalted butter

water

apple

lemon juice

tbsp all purpose flour

honey

tsp cinnamon

nutmeg

tsp vanilla extract

heavy whipping cream

salt

cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a 8×8-inch baking pan with the non-stick coating of your choice.

For the crumb and crust, whisk together flour, sugar, ground almonds, baking powder and salt.

Next, cut in the cold butter using two forks or a pastry cutter then slowly mix in the egg yolk and cold water (if you using honey instead of sugar, add in here as well). Don&#39;t worry if the dough seems really crumbly. It should be!

Next take half of the crumble mixture and press into the prepared pan. The rest should be saved for the top of the bars.

For the Crumble and Crust

Stir together apple slices, lemon juice, flour, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla until combined.

To assemble, evenly add apple filling to the top of the crust.

Next sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top of the apple filling.

Bake for 30-38 minutes or until golden brown and set.

Cool bars to room temperature then cut and serve.

For the Apple Filling

While bars bake, add butter and honey to a medium sized pot over medium heat and allow the butter to melt and combine with the honey.  Once butter completely melts, stir together over medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes or until it has thickened somewhat.

Whisk in the cream and bring to a boil then remove from heat.  Finally stir in the vanilla, salt and cinnamon and allow it to thicken and cool a bit.  Drizzle caramel sauce over completed bars and enjoy!

For the Honey Caramel

all-purpose flour

cornstarch

(2 sticks) salted butter,

egg,

chocolate chips

coconut

pecans, chopped

(14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease with nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and cornstarch. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and beat again until combined.

Reduce speed to low, and gradually mix in flour mixture.

Transfer dough to prepared pan, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and press dough down into an even layer.

Remove plastic wrap and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over cooled crust, followed by coconut and pecans. Pour condensed milk over the entire surface.

Bake until top is bubbly and golden brown, 30-40 minutes.

Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Bars

oz dark chocolate (chopped)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil for easy removal of the bars. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl or using a double broiler, melt the 3/4 cup of butter and chopped dark chocolate. Stirring ever 30 seconds being careful not to let the chocolate burn.

Whisk sugar and brown sugar to the melted chocolate mixture. Then add the vanilla and eggs until it it is fully incorporated. Lastly, stir the flour until incorporated.

Pour this mixture into your prepared 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 cups chocolate chips and set aside.

To make the cheesecake layer, in a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, cream together the cream cheese and softened butter about 2 minutes until fluffy. Mix in the egg, sugar, salt, and vanilla on high for another 2 minutes. Mix in the peanut butter for 2 minutes.

Pour the cream cheese layer over the brownie layer and spread it out so that it is smooth on the top and completely covers the brownie layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes. The top and edges should be slightly golden and the center is set.

Let the bars completely cool and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight before serving.

Cheesecake and Peanut Butter Combine in this amazing moist brownie!

Peaches and Cream Pie Bars are delicious bars that have a creamy cheesecake and peach pie filling in the center. They are drizzled in a glaze and taste just like you are biting into a peach pie! 

Peaches and Cream Pie Bars

(21 ounces) LUCKY LEAF® peach pie filling

(8 ounces) package cream cheese (softened)

almond extract

Tablespoons milk

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Beat in vanilla.

In a separate bowl combine flour and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Mix until combined.

In a medium sized bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the egg and beat until combined.

Grease a 15x10x1 pan or 9×13, whichever one you decide to use. (I used a 9x13 but cooking time will be longer) Spread 3 cups batter in the bottom. Spread the cream cheese layer on top and lastly Spread with pie filling. Drop remaining batter on top of pie filling.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 (If using a 9x13 increase time to 35) minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Cool on wire rack. Combine powdered sugar and milk for the glaze and drizzle over the bars.

I like to let the bars cool completely and refrigerate them for 3 hours for easier cutting.
