This ultra creamy sauce is made from lager beer, milk, cheddar cheese and spices and is perfect for dipping or topping your favorite foods!

Creamy Beer Cheese Sauce

Tbsp butter

Tbsp all purpose flour

lager beer

milk

tsp grainy dijon mustard (or regular dijon)

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper

cayenne pepper

parsley (optional)

cheddar cheese

In a saucepan, melt butter over MED heat.&nbsp; Add flour and whisk until combined.&nbsp; Cook 30 seconds, while whisking occasionally.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Add beer, whisking continuously as you pour, eliminating any lumps from the flour mixture.&nbsp; Slowly add in milk, whisking as you pour.

Cook over MED heat, whisking often, for several minutes, until mixture has thickened.&nbsp; Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Add cheese, a handful at a time, and stir until completely melted.&nbsp; Serve warm.

Mashed Potatoes Just Got A Major UPGRADE

With only 7 ingredients, this Easy Craft Beer Cheese Dip is ready for game day in under 30 minutes! You'll want to slather it on everything!

Craft Beer Cheese Dip Recipe

TBSP butter

TBSP flour

garlic

tsp dark paprika

cream cheese

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter then add the flour and whisk and cook for 1 minute.

Add bottle of beer and whisk until smooth.

Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and paprika and continue to whisk until all cheese has melted and product is smooth (about 5 minutes).

This beer cheese is the best dip for your pretzels or as a cheese fondue.  You can serve it hot or cold and use on burgers and sandwiches or slathered on your favorite bread!

Beer Cheese Dip

unsalted butter

all-purpose flour

beer (, your favorite (I prefer Oktoberfest beer))

salt

cheese

Cook.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.  Add flour and cook for 30 seconds while whisking.

Mix.

Slowly whisk in the beer and then the milk.  Cook and whisk until thickened (about 5-7 minutes).  Whisk in the mustard, Worcestershire and salt until combined.

Whisk.

Remove from heat and gradually whisk in the shredded cheese a small amount at a time.  Whisk until completely melted and lumps no longer remain.  (If after 5 minutes of whisking all the cheese there are still lumps remaining, transfer to microwave safe dish and heat then whisk in 10 seconds intervals until lump-free.)

Serve.

Transfer to bowl and serve immediately, or transfer to mini Crock Pot to keep warm.

This beer cheese fondue board is one of my favorite fall appetizers! It&#039;s super easy to make and sure to be the star of any party spread!

Beer Cheese Fondue

cheddar cheese (shredded)

gouda cheese (shredded)

cornstarch

beer

garlic (minced

cayenne pepper (optional)

crusty bread (cubed)

pretzels

crackers

broccoli florets

apples (sliced)

Grate the cheeses and add to a medium sized bowl.

Add the cornstarch to the cheese and toss to fully coat all the cheese.

In a large saucepan (or electric fondue pot), bring the beer and minced garlic to a simmer over medium-low heat.

Once simmering, add in the cheese and stir gently until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in the Dijon mustard and cayenne and mix until combined.

Transfer to a fondue pot and place on a board with all your desired dippers!

Smooth, velvety, perfectly dip-able pub style beer cheese dip is ooey, gooey and totally cheesy and is best served with soft baked pretzels!

Mince the vegetables.

In a small sauce pan on medium high heat, add butter, diced bell pepper, and minced shallot. Sauté until soft.

Add minced garlic, sauté for another 2 minutes.

Whisk in the flour until smooth.

Add the beer, and bring to a simmer for 5-10 minutes to cook out some of the alcohol.

Reduce heat to medium low.

Use an immersion blender to blend the vegetables into the beer mixture until smooth.

Whisk in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, and cream cheese.

Add in the cream cheese, stir until smooth.

Add the shredded cheese, and stir until smooth and melted.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the beer cheese dip warm.

Serve warm, with soft pretzels, or vegetables or crackers.

Cheddar Ale Soup is an amazingly comforting cheesy, flavorful soup made with veggies, beer, and lots of sharp cheddar cheese.

Cheddar Ale Soup

canola oil

bacon

onion

carrots

celery (diced)

all purpose flour

chicken stock

lb sharp cheddar cheese blocks ((2 8 ounces blocks))

paprika

mustard

bay leaf

salt (to taste)

Preheat a Dutch oven over medium to medium-high heat and add oil. Add diced bacon, stir and cook until the fat it all rendered. Use a slotted spoon to take the bacon bits out and set it aside (leave the bacon grease in the pot.)

Add diced onion, celery, and carrots to the pot and cook until softened. Make sure to stir from time to time.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for a few seconds, until fragrant.

Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir until veggies are evenly coated.

Slowly pour in ale, while stirring constantly, and slowly stir for a few more seconds.

Add in Worcestershire sauce, milk, broth, bay leaf, paprika, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring it to simmer.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 10 minutes. Discard the bay leaf. For smooth soup: Remove the pot from the heat and puree the soup in a blender or food processor.Or you can leave it a little chucky.

Pour back into the pot if you decided to blend it and keep the heat at medium-low.

Add the cheese one handful at a time while stirring slowly and constantly (do not let it boil). Keep stirring until all cheese is melted.

Take off heat and garnish with bacon bits and croutons!

sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

heavy cream or half & half

Melt butter in a medium sauce pot over medium heat.

Wisk in flour and sauté about 1 minute (Do not walk away).

Stir in garlic and sauté 1 more minute, stirring constantly.

Whisk in beer slowly, a couple Tbsp&#39;s at a time, after it&#39;s all in simmer another 3 minutes.

Then whisk in salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Continue simmering another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce begins to thicken.

Now, add the cheese, a little bit at a time and continue to simmer about another 4 minutes, stir until smooth and thickened up a bit.

Finally, whisk in heavy cream and adjust salt and pepper if need be.

Let cool the cheese cool to room temperature.  I think it&#39;s best served at room temperature or slightly warm.
