Ridiculously fudgy, chocolaty brownies made with ingredients you probably already have on hand… a recipe to keep forever.

Best Ever Brownies

water

cocoa powder (dutch-processed)

oz semisweet chocolate

instant coffee (optional)

butter

sugar

tsp vanilla extract

eggs

tsp salt

all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350F

Grease and lightly flour 11 x 7 pan (or 13x9 pan if you do not have 11x7) and set aside

In small saucepan, heat ⅔ cup water until it just begins to boil. Add cocoa powder, semisweet chocolate, and instant coffee. Immediately remove from heat and stir constantly until mixture is smooth and silky.

In large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter on 15 second increments, stirring at intervals until completely melted.

Stir in sugar and vanilla.

Stir in chocolate mixture, stirring until completely combined.

Add eggs and egg yolks, stirring until completely combined.

Sprinkle salt over batter and stir in.

Gradually stir in flour until completely combined.

Spread batter into prepared pan and bake on 350F for 30-35 minutes if using 11x7 pan and 25-30 if using 13x9 pan (time may vary depending on your individual oven. To check if brownies are done, insert a toothpick into the center of the pan. If it comes up wet with unbaked batter return it to the oven and continue to check every five minutes. When the brownies are completely done, the toothpick will be slightly fudgy and may have a few crumbs, but it will be a a fudge-like consistency and not a wet batter consistency.

Symphony Candy Bar Brownies Recipe

box brownie mix (for 9x13" pan (or your own homemade brownie recipe))

(4.25 oz each) Symphony candy bars with almonds and toffee chips

Mix the brownies according to box directions. Spray a 9x13&quot; pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour 1/2 the brownie mix into the pan (it won&#039;t seem like very much!).

Unwrap the 3 candy bars and place side by side on top of the batter in the pan. Don&#039;t break or chop up the candy bars - they will be whole.

Pour the remainder of the brownie mix over the top.

Bake according to directions on the brownie box. Let cool, cut, and serve.

The best fudgey chocolatey brownies made without fuss, in one bowl in 10 minutes. These are not the cakey kind, they&#039;re soft fudgey kind. Super rich and moist!

Easy Chocolate Brownies

/ 14 tbsp unsalted butter ((1 3/4 US sticks))

dark chocolate chips ((7 oz) (Note 1))

(175 grams) brown sugar (, loosely packed)

eggs (, lightly beaten)

(75 grams) plain flour

(30 grams) cocoa powder

salt

chocolate

walnuts (or other nuts)

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C fan forced).

Spray a 20cm/8" square tin with oil and line with baking/parchment paper with overhang (Note 2).

Place butter and chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, microwave in 30 second bursts (takes me 1m 30 sec) until melted. Stir until smooth.

Add sugar and vanilla, mix, then add eggs and mix well until smooth and molten.

Add flour, cocoa and salt and stir until smooth. Stir in chopped chocolate, pour into pan.

Bake 24 minutes for really gooey in the centre, 28 minutes for fudgey but still very moist (my favourie, shown in video &amp; photos), 32 minutes for moist fudge-cake-like. (See in post for toothpick testphotos).

If you didn&#039;t use the extra chocolate for stirring in, reduce cook time by 2 minutes.

Rest for 10 minutes before lifting out of the pan. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Store in an airtight container for 4 days (bet they don&#x27;t last that long!) or freeze for 3 months.

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with pan spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, oil and sugar until well combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and both cocoa powder. If you want a darker brownie, go ahead and use 1/2 cup regular cocoa powder and 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder. Gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently stir in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. If you like your brownies a little more on the gooey side, bake for 40-45 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool at least 30 minutes before serving. Pair with ice cream for a delectable treat!

Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips

(1.55 ounce) chocolate Hershey Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray

In the microwave, melt chocolate and butter until smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla with the sugar. Slowly add in chocolate mixture until well combined.

In small bowl, sift together cocoa, salt and flour. Add mixture to rest of batter.

Pour batter into prepared baking pan.

Beat ingredients together until smooth. Pour over brownie batter. Use sharp knife to swirl together.

*You can also skip this step because the heat from the brownies will help melt the chocolate bars on top.
