I made this in the air fryer, it turned out great. I did not need 16 minutes to cook them, more like 10 total in order to cook them.  We used Bolthouse Blue Cheese dressing as our dipping sauce as it's low in calories and fat.

I used Walden Farms thousand island.. has nothing but sodium in it.. Yummy

c. balsamic vinegar

I halved the honey and the balsamic and it was still far too sweet and there was also way too much sauce. It just lacked the complex flavour I was expecting of both sweet and savoury. Next time I’ll use even less, and maybe sprinkle a bit of cayenne to contrast the sweetness.

Drizzle aioli on the sprouts after they're served.  Out of this world!

Not sure what went wrong (maybe I didn't reduce long enough?) but these were so vinegary they were nearly inedible. Will be trying a different recipe next time.

These were excellent. I subbed butter for half the oil, and otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Sprouts were tender and glaze was delicious. Thanks for a new favorite recipe!

Perfect balsamic glaze. I roasted the Brussels sprouts instead of cooking them on the stovetop because I already had the oven going. There was a little too much sauce, even for a pound of sprouts so I will probably divide the recipe in half next time. Thank you! This will be my new go to.

Love this recipe and make it often. I make a “pan” out of aluminum foil to fit the Brussel spouts. First time they were too spread out and the sauce burned. This way the sauce stays great!

Oooooooops!  I used Thai chili paste instead of sweet chili sauce 😱.  That combined with the sriracha and lots of black pepper made this supper spicy.  I’m glad I didn’t add red pepper  flakes like another reviewer suggested. It was still very good.  Good thing we like spicy!!  Next time I’ll use sweet chili sauce and probably add the red pepper flakes to spice it up.

Really good,, but they were done in 15 minutes at 425, so watch them very closely!  Or lower temp to 350.  We will make these again at a lower temp.

Made this last night, but changed the recipe a bit. I left out the red pepper flakes. I added sour cream and shaved parmesan in the mix, and crunchy fried onions on the top. Turned out good.

I made this dish tonight, turned out great.  My wife, who is not a sprouts lover, enjoyed it very much.  It’s just the two of us, so I divided the recipe in half.  I used full fat sour cream instead of Greek yogurt and smoked Gouda cheese instead of  fontina.  I will make this dish again.

I made this tonight and cut it in half because it was only for my husband and I, I did add a bit more mayo and a handful of sliced almonds for crunchiness. I love it!!! Definitely a keeper.

I made it tonight and doubled the mayo and added three strips of bacon on top before baking - it was great and creamy - also suggest putting under broiler for a few mins if you add bacon at the end of roasting time.

Sorry, this is an awful recipe. The mixture is not well thought out, ends up pasty and curdled. Don't bother or waste your ingredients. Makes me wonder if the author even tried it before publishing.

Egg made it too much like a Quiche, not really creamy as I had hoped.

Made it the first time in a smaller batch and it was not good. It was very, very dry. 

I made it second time but left out the lemon. I added cheddar and Oaxaca cheeses, a cup of sour cream, another 1/2 vup of mayo, 1/2 cup of milk, bacon, and two tablespoons of olive oil. I added these ingredients in hope of moistening it up to be "creamed" as the name implies.

It was much better, but still not really "creamed." 

I'm going to try a third batch with no egg and use cream cheese instead of yogurt.

Brussels Sprouts with Hot Bacon Dressing

Brussels sprouts

apple cider vinegar

Preheat the oven to 425°F. If you&#39;d like, preheat a large rimmed baking sheet in the oven, as well.*

Trim the stem ends and slice each sprout in half. Place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt and toss to coat.

In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon pieces, leaving the drippings in the pan.

Add the Brussels sprouts, cut side down, to the rimmed baking sheet. Be sure to not crowd the sheet pan. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown and the exterior leaves are crispy.

While the Brussels sprouts cook, drain away all but 3 tablespoons of bacon grease from the skillet and return it to medium-low heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, until tender - 5 to 8 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and dijon mustard. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the mixture starts to thicken, stirring occasionally - about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. (I usually add about about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.)
